This Website is intended to supply information and certain tools in the field of translation to university students who are studying translation, as well as to other users who may use this Website on a “not-for-profit” basis. This Website, as well as the information and tools which it contains, are not intended for commercial use and are for private or academic use only. At the present time, use of this Website is free of charge. However LTRC retains the right to charge for the use of certain parts of this Website in the future.

9. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any other conditions or agreements on this Website shall be governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec without regard to their conflicts of laws, principles and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties hereto unconditionally attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Hull, Quebec, Canada, and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom. The UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
